Adult Education Refresher Courses

If you’ve never gone to college or it has been a long time since you have been in the classroom, you CAN take a few refresher courses. That way you will be ready to succeed in college once you start. Your adult education program often offers these refresher courses for little or no cost. Lewiston Adult Education also offers two college refresher programs for everyone in Androscoggin County to quickly prepare you for the writing and math expected in college. The College Transitions Program and the Career Transitions Health Care Edition in the health sciences use a combination of academic refresher coursework, intensive career advising, and extensive support networks.
